The Jersey Gemz are the only female-led and female-staffed program in the Nike EYBL. Our mission is to promote Women’s empowerment. This is rooted in every aspect of the organization. This diverse, inclusive 501c3 non-profit organization is breaking barriers through its commitment to providing young female athletes with real opportunities for player development, mentorship, and recruitment.
